These Terms govern your use of FreePlay. By creating a profile, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, or any higher minimum age required where you live. You must provide accurate information, use only your own account, and keep access to your Apple or Google account secure.
What FreePlay provides
FreePlay helps users discover, host, and coordinate informal football games. FreePlay is not the organizer, venue operator, employer, insurer, payment processor, or referee for user-hosted games. Prices are informational; users settle payments directly with hosts.
Physical activity and safety
Football and travel to games involve risk of injury, property loss, and other harm. Assess your own health and ability, inspect venues, use suitable equipment, follow venue rules, and seek medical advice when appropriate. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
User content and conduct
You keep ownership of your content and grant FreePlay a limited, worldwide license to store, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate, moderate, and improve the service. You must have the right to upload what you submit and must follow the Community Guidelines.
Moderation
We may screen, restrict, remove, preserve, or disclose content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, enforce these Terms, respond to reports, or comply with law. Automated moderation can make mistakes. Reporting content does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Cancellations, disputes, and payments
Hosts and players are responsible for attendance, cancellations, venue arrangements, and payments. Resolve ordinary game or payment disputes directly and respectfully. Report safety, fraud, harassment, or prohibited content through the app.
Service availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FreePlay disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from user-hosted games or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
You may stop using FreePlay and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for safety, abuse, legal, or operational reasons. We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes through the app or this page.
Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. Use the support form or email support@freeplaylb.com with questions.
