If you cannot access the app
Submit the form below using an email address you can access, or email support@freeplaylb.com. Include the display name and home area on the profile. We may request additional verification, but never your password or a sign-in code.
What deletion removes
Your authentication account, public and private profile, hosted games, memberships and waitlists, one-to-one conversations, reports, blocks, notification token, and uploaded photos are removed. Games you host are also removed, so cancel upcoming games first when practical.
Timing and limited retention
In-app deletion begins immediately. Verified email requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, or legally required records may remain for up to 30 days or longer where law requires it. De-identified information that cannot identify you may remain.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
